Refunds & Exchanges 

We Exchange all  Services Purchased, No refunds. We genuinely desire all of our clients to fall in love with every purchase made at Niki333 Massage & Facial Spa. However, we understand that life happens. When it does, we will exchange all package or gift card services. $50 deposit on your reservation by Credit Card, Cash, Venmo or Zelle. All deposits are non-refundable.

All Packages Expire 24 months after date of purchase. 

Cancellation Policies

Clients have 24 hours prior to appointment to cancel to receive deposit as your credit for your future service. Less than 24 hours cancellation is late cancellation, and no credit back.

Walk-in Clients 

We will accept walk-in clients when we are not busy with other clients at the moment. And it is required to pay in full before the service starts.

Under 18 Years Young Clients

Children, Teenager’s under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian during the service and sign a date a consent for services.
